Kickstarter Campaign: Archive
We ran an experimental Kickstarter campaign for Into the Dark from September to October 2025. While the anthology's publication and polish was never contingent on the campaign, it getting funded would have offered us the opportunity to pursue goals such as offering the authors larger payments, expanding the marketing budget, and producing an audiobook version. Thanks to our amazing supporters, we hit $3816 worth of pledges. Unfortunately, we didn't reach the $5000 goal, and the campaign didn't get funded. Nonetheless, it was an incredible journey, and staff and supporters pooled together to offer backers behind-the-scenes peeks and other fun content throughout the campaign, including interviews with the editors, first readers, and cover artists, genre-related essays, and a bonus flash story.
